This ongoing series provides real-time updates on our innovative USDOE-funded program, Equity Leader Accelerator Program (ELAP), currently underway in Massachusetts.

Our first Equity Leadership Accelerator Program (ELAP) Network session was last month. We gathered virtually with early career principals and their mentors to set everyone up for success in our long-term partnership.

Strengthening the ability to form a receptive culture for learning and fostering adult learning is key to the success of this continuous improvement work for equity. We also built a foundational understanding of CLEE’s Core Leadership Practices.
