Welcome, Carly! A great starting place is under the Resources menu, if you go to resource and protocol library, and filter by I want to Emphasize Equity, you’ll see some open source resources. I would argue also that our entire protocol library is for the purpose of liberatory leadership development. Facilitative leadership to me is an essential practice for all equity-centered leaders. I’d love to hear more about your work and how you are approaching liberatory leadership development in your context.
