Our collective power expands when we support each other to foster the unlimited potential of each and every student.

Budgeting and Planning – Unknowns and Opportunities

The educational landscape may be changing but we know the need for high quality professional learning has not. You can future-proof your district or school’s capacity to serve each student though budgeting now for the upcoming year. Using your resources wisely is essential. That is why CLEE takes the time to understand what partners need, identify services to support your goals, ensure that the professional learning meets your individual needs, and partner with you to reach success.

Identify the Service(s) that will support your goals
How do you choose what will help most to meet your specific needs? CLEE’s most in demand services can be used as a guide to help you plan for the improvements that you want to see next year:

  1. Continuous Improvement Training: Is your goal for your staff to collectively get better at improving their practice through implementation? We use an easy, doable, and accessible method to guide and track improvements. CLEE addresses your individual organizational needs through our training.  Some examples of areas of improvement include:
    • HQCM (High Quality Curricular Materials)
    • MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Support)
    • Structured literacy
    • SEL (Social Emotional Learning)
  2. Facilitator Training: Is your goal to have a strong adult learning community focused on student needs? Educators learn key skills and strategies to foster adult learning throughout the entire community with protocols and processes to keep adult learning focused on students.
  3. Strategic Planning: Is your goal to have your community focused together on a future that meets the needs of all students? This swift and collaborative process helps your organization create a strategic plan to anchor and focus your community into the future.
  4. Leadership Development: Is your goal to support a leadership pipeline through retaining your talent and building your bench of leadership? We provide one-to-one coaching,  principal licensure in Rhode Island, and support your emerging leaders.
