CLEE’s skilled facilitators will work with you to design an agenda that meets your needs. Whether it be to learn from texts, analyze data, obtain feedback from the team on new policies or plans, or work together to solve pressing needs, CLEE has both the tools and the skills. We will ensure the retreat is designed to allow colleagues to know each other beyond name and role. When you know the beliefs and values you each bring to your work, you can be vulnerable and collaborate for the same goals focused on students.
This can all sound very serious, but one of the most important elements of a retreat is to have some fun! It is an opportunity to have time as a team to get to know each other without the pressure of a school day, so there is space to have some fun together too. A little joy can keep us connected to our colleagues and the students we serve.
