    By focusing improvements for students with the most disproportionate academic outcomes (e.g. students who receive multilingual and special education services).

School Criteria

  • Serve any grades between 3-10
  • Location: Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island
  • Utilize school improvement planning, goals, and/or teams as part of annual setting direction practices
  • Utilize HQCM and/or evidence-based math and ELA practices 
  • Participate in the state assessment system
  • Commit to improve academic learning outcomes and retention for school leaders by supporting school leaders and teams to engage in the program
  • Has not worked with CLEE in the 2024/25 and/or 2023/24 school year to implement continuous improvement.

CLEE was awarded a five-year grant from the U.S. Department of Education in late 2024. The Department’s Educational Innovation and Research (EIR) program provides funding to scale and evaluate evidence-based innovations to improve student achievement. The PLANS program is funded through this grant and is pending federal funding.
