Privacy Policy

The Center for Leadership and Educational Equity provides professional learning and resources for educators.

Security and privacy are important to our mission and practices; we care deeply about protecting the personal information of our community and website visitors. 

The data we collect includes: user information (name, email, address, organization name, phone numbers, role, geographic location, payment information, etc.), digital information (IP address, browser information and history, device information, meta data, etc.), and information from other sources (publicly available information and information you provide in person or through data sharing for analysis).

This information may be shared with CLEE staff and third party service providers, authorized users within your organization, and legal or regulatory authorities as required. The purpose of this data sharing is wide-ranging, from providing services and content, to account registration, payment processing, technical support, marketing, business communications, and more.

Secure data protocols are followed at all times to ensure the privacy and safety of all in our research. CLEE and clients shall comply with all Federal and State laws, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and regulations governing the confidentiality of research data. CLEE will also follow all client and/or school policies, including those around parental consent for data sharing, when/if informed of such. All educator survey data will be anonymous. All data at CLEE will be sent and stored in a secure environment with access limited to the least number of staff needed.
