Overview
Leadership Coaching is a one-on-one partnership between a CLEE coach and an educational leader to elevate their professional skills, and build up their team’s capacity to collaborate. Leaders can use a coach to build confidence, relationships, culture and climate, or skills in data analysis and shared leadership.
Observation and feedback from a CLEE coach identifies growth areas and tools to strengthen leadership practices. Leaders learn to use collaborative tools to facilitate their teams more effectively. Coaches also support leaders through critical and systemic dilemmas, using these as opportunities to improve their practices and systems. Leaders practice shifting to shared leadership and building capacity in team members to unlock their team’s potential.

Testimonials
“The result was that almost every aspect of my work improved because I actively thought about my intentions and choices. I interrogated my progress and utilized CLEE’s research/evidence-based Core Leadership practices to gauge how well I was progressing, what other choices were available and which might I make. The end result of receiving coaching has helped me nurture beneficial leadership dispositions, specifically holding an assets-based mindset to support your team and school community during the school year.”
