Vulnerability and a learning stance is critical for growth. Too many times, there is a lack of candor in schools and organizations that holds individuals and communities back from reaching their potential. I like how this resource provides some strategies to build a community that is focused on growth and learning. Does anyone have any other articles that builds on this concept?
