The Center for Leadership and Education Equity (CLEE) is offering no-cost school leader coaching to foster equity-oriented practices in Rhode Island. 

You will get

• Individualized 1-1 coaching
• capacity-building to support school improvement
• Growth-focused observations in your setting
• Focused feedback on your most pressing improvement dilemmas

Your coaching will focus on providing you the space to explore the internal and external aspects of leadership mindsets and practices for equity. You will be supported to cultivate collaborative and equitable environments that boost both academic performance and social-emotional learning for each and every student.

Your experience will include:

• six one-hour in-person coaching sessions over a year
• supplemental online learning modules that promote continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving
• Support using cycles of improvement to identify an inequity within a school, enacting focused changes, examining the impact of those changes, and challenging assumptions that may hold back equitable student outcomes
• tailored support to address real challenges through Instructional Equity Walks
• Facilitation Observations for feedback to refine your leadership practices

Together, these experiences will equip you with the tools you need to make a lasting impact on staff and students.
