I am coming to Fall Meeting to:
- Be part of a community committed to work that matters and build a network of support to help me drive equity initiatives forward
- Bring work that I know will be carefully considered and unpacked by similarly committed educators with diverse perspectives
- Learn practical skills and approaches to leading and teaching for equity
- Gain new perspectives and thinking that can guide my work into the future!
- Learn to incorporate protocol use in team meetings and other settings where decisions are made and spaces where equity of voice is sometimes uneven
- Foster and nurture school environments that inspire each and every student to imagine and discover their genius
- Learn how to establish systems that are transformational and sustainable.
- Share collegial collaboration in a community of practice centered in equity – I don’t feel like I have this in my district.
- Bring back great energy and inspiration for learning and leading to my colleagues!
- Have a lot of fun!
